Refund/Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and I will do my best to make things right.

Please note, for all returns, shipping will be deducted from the refunded price. We are currently not offering exchanges due to Covid-19. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return.

Please Note - Isis Ella Jewels reserves the right to refuse a refund, although we will try our best to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds issued are pending receipt of the item in its original unopened condition.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take the right steps to assist you.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or seasonal items. We do not accept perishable items, or any hazardous material or gases.

 

Exchanges (Due to Covid-19 exchanges are on hold due to safety regulation)
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, I can assist you with the right item. Item being returned must be in the original condition it was sent in to exchange it.

 

Refunds (Where Applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
