Refund/Return Policy

We truly appreciate your business, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of purchase and I will do my best to make things right.

Please note, for all returns, shipping will be deducted from the refunded price. As long as the original item is in stock, customers may make exchanges within 14 days of the date of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return.

Please Note - Isis Ella Jewels reserves the right to refuse a refund, although we will try our best to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds issued are pending receipt of the item in its original unopened condition.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take the right steps to assist you. Item(s) being returned must be in the original condition to exchange it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or seasonal items. We do not accept perishable items, or any hazardous material or gases.

Refunds (Where Applicable)
We will inform you upon receiving and inspecting your return, and notify you of the approval status of the refund. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund through your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
