Shipping Timeframe

Currently Shipping is 1-2 Weeks (Monday-Friday).

If you make a purchase during a sale, shipping may take up to two-three weeks, business days depending on volume to turn around.

Returns
We do not accept returns. All items sold are final sale. 

There are certain situations where we understand a refund or replacement of product sold (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error we will handle on a case-by-case basis.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account for updates.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thejewelbox.store.
