The Jewel Box Frequently Asked Questions
Welcome to The Jewel Box FAQ’s! Isis Ella Jewels offers a one-time box twice a year filled with curated items to help you plan, journal and craft. No subscription needed. The announcement dates for opening will be posted on the home page of the website, in our Facebook group, through email notification for those on the waiting list and via Instagram. When the listing becomes available you can purchase your box.
What is the cost for the box?
The Jewel Box is $70 USD and S&H fee of $9.99 USD. The shipping fee for Canadian subscribers is $16 and $22 for all other international buyers. You will pay for your box on the date you placed the order. No rewards or discounts can be applied to boxes. There are no refunds on boxes!
Can I checkout with additional items from the SHOP with my box to save on shipping?
When purchasing a box for the first time, please make sure there are no additional items besides the box in your cart! Any orders for boxes with additional shop items may result in cancellation.
When does the box ship?
Shipping occurs the following month after purchasing your box. It takes place during the first two weeks of that month. If there is any reason for any delay in shipment, buyers will all be notified in advance through email. Please make sure that your mailing address is up to date. I am not responsible for your packages being shipped to an old address that is on file.
Customer is responsible for any updates in shipping address and billing information - you are able to update your shipping and billing information under your account through the shop. This is your regular account - you must go into account to update -- however, if you change your address AFTER the order(s) are created OR after your initial payment and order placement, you MUST contact customer support to ensure changes has been made before the ship date.
What if my box returns to you?
All packages returned due to customer address entry error will be either refunded for the product price less shipping cost OR reshipped at buyer's expense.
Note -- if you are international and changing your address to domestic or vice versa, you must contact us at info@thejewelbox.store to have your shipping rate adjusted. We do ship to APO addresses.
Box items do not follow a traditional template. I love to mix the box items up according to the theme of the box. You can count on stickers to always be in the box.
What do I do if I missed the BOX?
If you missed out on getting a box, please make sure to sign up for email list through the shop to receive emails for the next box and the latest updates for the shop!
